So..... This week was awful as far as the diet goes. I have no will power when there s candy lying around. Or someone brings brownies to the house. I only lost one pound this week. My accountability partner moved away to Connecticut a couple of weeks ago. So now it is all on my own.
I enjoy doing weight watchers but some days I just am not very good about keeping up on the points. Hopefully tomorrow.!!!
